1. Digital purchases

Ainar offers digital services and content. By purchasing our app or in-app purchases, you agree to immediate delivery and agree to the loss of your statutory right of withdrawal, as permitted under EU law for digital content.

2. Trial period and satisfaction guarantee

We do not offer a trial period and there are no refunds if you are dissatisfied.

3. Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions: The subscription automatically ends at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for past-paid periods.

Annual subscriptions: The subscription automatically terminates at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for periods already paid. No interim refunds, except for technical issues that we cannot resolve within 30 days of notification.

4. Technical problems

In case of persistent technical issues that prevent Ainar’s core functionality:

  • We offer technical support first.
  • If we are unable to resolve the problem within 30 days of notification, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unused period.
  • This does not apply to issues caused by outdated devices or unsupported operating systems.

5. Supported Platforms

Ainar.io works on:

  • iOS 15.0 or newer
  • Android 8.0 or newer
  • Web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox – last 2 versions)

No refunds for purchases on unsupported devices.

6. Complaints procedure

Step 1: Please contact us at info@ainar.io within 7 days of the issue.

Step 2: Please describe the problem in detail with screenshots if possible.

Step 3: We will respond within 5 working days with a possible solution.

Step 4: f there is no satisfactory solution: dispute committee via degeschillencommissie.nl

7. Exceptions

No refund for:

  • Issues caused by third-party apps or jailbroken devices.
  • Misuse of the app or violation of our terms of use.
  • Changes in price or available features after purchase.

8. Updates and Support

  • Free updates during the subscription period.
  • Technical support via email.
  • No refunds for temporary service outages due to maintenance.
